Bake this Pie Custard in 15 minutes without making any pie dough. Yes! You read that correct! NO PIE DOUGH! Try this Berry Pie Recipe and you will fall in love with it!



The Berry Custard Pie is super yummy and perfect dessert to satisfy your sugar tooth along with boosting your immunity.

Let’s have a quick look to the ingredients for this no dough yummy pie.

Ingredients:

For Pie -   



Milk 1 cup

Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon

Butter – ¼ cup (unsalted)

Eggs 3 (large)

Sugar ¾ cup

Salt ¼ teaspoon

Flour ½ cup

 

For top layer -  



  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Corn starch 1 tablespoon
  • Strawberry Syrup 2 tablespoons

***Note: skip the salt if you are using salted butter.

 

Cooking Process:

Therefore, I brought you an easy recipe of berry pie custard.

Let’s start with the pie making process.

 

Take 1 cup of milk (warm)

Add Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon

Add melted or cubed Butter – ¼ cup (unsalted)

Crack in 3 large eggs to it.

Add ¾ cup sugar.

Last but least ¼ teaspoon of salt.

***Note: skip the salt if you are using salted butter.



Stir these together until the sugar dissolves.

Transfer into a blender and sift through ½ cup flour.

Blend till it becomes smooth.

 

Take 1 ½ cup raspberries, and 1 ½ cup blackberries.

Don’t forget to rinse and pet dry them beforehand.

Place them in an oven safe pie bowl.

Organize the way you like.

Now, gently pour the pie batter on the berries.



Sprinkle some brown sugar (if you would like)

Place the pie bowl in preheated oven.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes till the sides become brown.

 

Prepare the top custard layer while waiting.

For strawberry custard we need,

Milk ¾ cup

Sugar ¼ cup

Corn starch 1 tablespoon

Strawberry Syrup 2 tablespoons

Mix these ingredients together till the sugar dissolves.

Microwave for 1 minute.

Stir it well and microwave again for 1 minute.

Stir it and it will become thick.

You may make this custard on the stove top if you like.

But be sure to continuously stir while cooking on the stove top.

 

Take the pie out of the oven when done and pour the custard on top.



Let it cool down completely and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

 

Serve with ice-cream to make it even better.
