Ingredients: Pre- Marinate: • Chicken Drumsticks 5 pieces (3 Lbs. = 1200grams) • Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon • Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon • Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon • Salt - 1 Tablespoon Marinate: • Butter/Clarified butter - 4 Tablespoons • Bason (Gram Flour) – 3 Teaspoons • Yogurt – ½ Cup • Salt – ½ Teaspoon • Chat Masala – 1 Teaspoon • Garam Masala – ½ Tablespoon • Kasuri Methi (sun-dried fenugreek leaves) – ½ Teaspoon • Black Pepper – ¼ Teaspoon • Red Chili Powder – ¼ Teaspoon • Orange Food Color – ¼ Teaspoon
