I am Blending 6 cups of watermelon.

When the melon became smooth, adding 1/3 Cup of Sugar.

Blending it for 1 minute.

Fresh Juice is ready to serve; pouring 2 cups in a serving glass.

Now, taking 1 ½ cups of this juice out of this pitcher and keeping it separate for the 3rd recipe.

In the remaining 2 cups juice, adding 9/10 fresh mint leaves.

Blending it and making a smooth paste!

This is perfect watermelon juice for hot evening on the back porch.

For the 3rd recipe, I am adding ½ cup of non-fat yogurt to the remainder 1 ½ cup juice and blending it for another 30 seconds.
