Welcome back to my Channel.
We are here to
make Pineapple Glaze/Puree/Jam. This yummy puree can be used for multiple
purposes such as Baking Cakes, Pudding, Making Ice-cream etc.

Let’s make

Ingredients:
Pineapple –
2 Cups
Corn Flour –
¼ Teaspoon
Sugar – ¼ Cup
Bend 2 cups Pineapple
to make smooth paste.
Then ¼ teaspoon
corn flour. Blending it for another 2 minutes.
Sieve the
paste to remove any remainder larger chunks.
Pour the pineapple
paste on a non-stick frypan and cook it on medium heat
for 5 minutes. Add ¼ cup sugar and keep cooking it until it becomes thick.
Remember to
keep the stovetop temperature on medium at all time to avoid burning.
When it
becomes thick like jam, remove it from the stove and let it cool completely
before using.
Now we have
pineapple glaze/ jam/ puree to use for our favorite desserts!
