Tandoori Fish
Hello Everyone! Welcome back!
Here I am with one of my favorite winter
seafood recipes: Tandoori Baked Fish / Tandoori grilled fish.
This is one of the easiest and fast recipes for a busy
weekend and can be served with cooked rice and steamed vegetables. And yes, you can toss some veggies on the
side of the baking tray and make a full meal in no time. So, watch the full Tandoori Fish video to
learn how to make tandoori pomfret at home.
Let’s make it together!
I picked a medium pomfret fish; this will serve 2
people. Pomfret fish has the least amount of bones. That is one of the reasons
why I chose this fish. Its very tasty also.
Now, making some deep incisions on the both sides with
a sharp knife. This will help the spices to marinate in deep flesh.

To enhance the color and make it look
like the restaurant dish, adding some liquid red food color.
Mixing all this together until it becomes smooth.
Now, massage this Tandoori spice paste all over the

Put some garlic (peeled and divided in halves) inside
